In order to reduce or eliminate this phenomenon, it has become an inevitable trend for the traffic police to accurately detect whether the driver has drunk driving and alcohol concentration. Therefore, with the development of science and technology, alcohol measuring instruments with higher precision and accuracy have appeared one after another. Although various alcohol measuring instruments are becoming more and more accurate and function more and more diverse, it has not appeared that the driver's driving license number can be input at the same time as measuring the driver's alcohol concentration and using the ID card itself. The method of information records the personal information of the offending driver in order to provide definitive evidence for the administration of justice.
With the announcement of the five bans of the Ministry of Public Security, the demand for alcohol detectors has gradually increased. The traditional alcohol meter has a single function and can only meet limited measurement functions. With the advancement of modern technology, especially the popularity of second-generation ID cards containing internal chips and the information chipization of various documents in the future, a new type of information for entering the identity of illegal drivers after drunk driving is realized. Alcohol measuring instruments are very necessary.
The main content of the project: designing a new type of alcohol measuring instrument that can accurately detect the gas alcohol content and is not interfered by non-alcoholic gases such as smoke. At the same time, the driver who detects the drunk driving can enter the ID card through RFID, and can also upload the information stored in the instrument to the database through the USB interface, which is convenient for subsequent processing. At the same time, real-time printing can also be used as evidence.

Innovation (1): Using a new tin oxide semiconductor as a sensor for alcohol detection
The use of tin oxide semiconductor as a sensor, such semiconductor device has a gas-sensitive property, when the concentration of the sensitive gas in the contact gas increases, the externally exhibited resistance value is reduced, and the semiconductor type breath alcohol tester is made by using this principle. of. Such semiconductors are sensitive to different gases at different operating temperatures. Therefore, the semiconductor type breath alcohol tester uses a heating element to heat the sensor to a certain temperature at which the sensor is alcoholic. Has the highest sensitivity. The main detection principle is as follows: When an oxide having N-type conductivity is exposed to the atmosphere, the amount of electrons inside thereof is reduced by the adsorption of oxygen to increase its resistance. Thereafter, if a certain reducing gas is present in the atmosphere, it will react with the adsorbed oxygen, thereby increasing the number of electrons in the oxide, resulting in a decrease in oxide resistance. The semiconductor-oxide sensor analyzes the gas concentration by the change in resistance.
Innovation point (2): ID entry for drunk drivers through RFID
(1) Extracting the personal information of the second generation ID card built-in chip through radio frequency identification (RFID) technology
After the replacement of the ID card, the citizen generally holds the second-generation ID card. The second-generation ID card has built-in anti-counterfeit chips. With the maturity and universal application of RFID technology, it is possible that the driver's license or the relevant documents will be chipped in the future. The personal information of the documents is extracted by radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to improve the efficiency of the traffic police and reduce errors caused by handwriting. Secondly, its storage and printing function provides judicial evidence for future disputes.
(2) Manually record identity information
In order to ensure the reliability of the system, you can manually input the license plate number, driver's license number and test executor number of the testee; to ensure that the information input error due to misoperation, through the driver's license number and license plate number and the triple input of the ID number , to achieve the absolute accuracy of the information.
Considering the encryption of the internal information of the second-generation ID card, the special reading module SAM authorized by the Public Security Bureau is required to read the internal information. Therefore, we intend to use the ordinary radio frequency card instead of the second-generation ID card, and pre-write the radio frequency card. Keys, personal information, etc., to achieve a high degree of simulation.
