Lianhua Linde pointed out that the new plant has a large gas supply system, including a SPECTRA-N30000 series ultra-high purity nitrogen generator, and is said to be the largest ultra-high purity nitrogen generator in China, capable of passing through underground pipelines at 30,000 Nm3/ Nitrogen is delivered at an hourly rate. In addition, liquid nitrogen storage tanks and gas storage and supply systems for oxygen, hydrogen and argon are built in the plant.
