According to the Quality Supervision Department of Guangzhou Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the results of other product quality supervision and spot checks in the third quarter of this year showed that the quality of the following products was low:
First, a total of 14 batches of electronic energy-saving lamps were sampled, and the pass rate of physical quality was only 57.1%. The unqualified items mainly included signs, dielectric strength, mechanical strength, lamp power, power factor, and luminous flux.
The main reasons for the unqualified product quality include the production process of some enterprises, but the production of energy-saving lamps by replacing the three-color fluorescent tubes with ordinary halogen powder tubes.
Second, a total of 6 batches of soft PVC plastic products for wire and cable were selected. The pass rate of physical quality was only 33.3%. The unqualified items were mainly impact embrittlement performance and thermal aging quality loss. Thermal aging quality loss items The plastic jacket of the unqualified wire has poor heat aging resistance, which will shorten the service life of the wire and pose a safety hazard.
It is reported that in response to the unqualified inspection of product quality supervision, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision has ordered all production and processing enterprises of unqualified products to be rectified within a time limit until the review is passed; for serious quality problems, the bureau will investigate and suspend production, and suspend production for rectification. Measures such as public exposure will be seriously dealt with by relevant production and processing enterprises.
Rice cooker and refrigerator are 100% qualified
