The AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFET features a maximum on-resistance of just 3.0 mΩ at 10 V, minimizing conduction losses and enabling efficient performance in power conversion, switching, and motor control applications.
With a maximum operating temperature of +175°C, the SQJQ480E is ideal for demanding automotive systems such as 48V power supplies, DC/DC converters, motor drives, and integrated belt starter generators. Its gull-wing packaging enhances board-level reliability, making it a standout choice in the industry.
