(4) Destruction of sound permeability of porous material surface or facing material during construction As mentioned above, the first condition for ensuring sound absorption performance of porous material is to ensure good sound permeability of the material surface. However, in some renovation projects, because the construction personnel do not understand the acoustic requirements, they often take some inappropriate construction measures, which destroy the original sound absorption effect of the materials. A. The most common paint or coating on the surface of porous sound absorbing materials is the mineral wool decorative sound absorbing panel used for the ceiling. The sound-permeable porous sound absorbing material which destroys the facing material due to the process of brushing rubber often needs to install a sound-permeable finishing material on the outside of the material in practical use. (5) Misunderstanding that the perforated plate has good low-frequency sound absorption performance. In some projects, the perforated plate is attached to the wall or other materials, and there is no cavity behind the plate.
