2.2 With Class A or above qualification of environmental engineering (air pollution prevention and control project), it can engage in the corresponding construction project general contracting business as well as project management and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualification certificate;
2.3 The corresponding qualifications and capabilities of design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, quality control, operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience;
2.4 With the relevant calculation ability of the desulfurization system;
2.5 Total desulphurization performance of coal-fired thermal power units of 300 MW or more units with a capacity of 2 sets or more in the last five years, and providing a copy of the contract (cap unit), with good operational results, and installation and commissioning No major equipment quality problems were found during the operation.
