(2) Additionally, the bidder will be responsible for greening maintenance services across the entire site. The total building area is 1,331 square meters, with an outdoor green area of 8,200 square meters.
**Bidder Qualification Requirements**
1) The bidder must have independent legal status and hold a valid business license.
2) The bidder must possess property management qualifications at level 3 or above, or be a company with equivalent qualifications (note that Level 3 certificates must be valid within their expiration period).
3) The business license must include the scope of landscaping maintenance or greening projects.
4) The bidder must have a qualification grade of 5 or higher for the "Installation (Repair, Trial) Electric Power Facilities Permit."
5) The bidder should have maintained good financial health over the past three years, with no history of business suspension, asset seizure, freezing, or bankruptcy.
6) Entities with the same person in charge or those with a controlling or managing relationship are not allowed to bid for the same project simultaneously.
7) All bidders must complete supplier registration on the China Southern Power Grid's Sunshine E-commerce Platform.
8) If the bidder, including any related entities, has engaged in illegal activities such as corruption or misconduct in previous bidding processes or transactions within the China Southern Power Grid system, they will be disqualified from participating in this tender. The specific disqualification period will be determined based on the records of misconduct by suppliers.
9) There are no local restrictions on bidders in the project location, including from government authorities, China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., or Foshan Power Supply Bureau.
10) The Commonwealth will not accept bids for this project.
