5.2 The manufacturer supplying the light box equipment must hold an installation (repair, testing) permit for electric power facilities, with qualification grades of no less than Level 5 for installation, maintenance, and testing. Alternatively, they should have professional contracting qualifications for power transmission and transformation projects or general contracting qualifications for mechanical and electrical engineering construction. They must also demonstrate the ability to supply and install the products, with qualified personnel, equipment, and financial resources, and possess an effective safety production license.
5.3 Bidders must provide 3C certification and test reports for the light box renovation products.
5.4 The project manager assigned by the bidder must be a registered constructor of Grade II or above in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, and must hold a valid safety production assessment certificate (Class B).
5.5 Bidders from the Commonwealth are not eligible to participate.
