6. Bidder Qualification Requirements Bidders must meet all the eligibility requirements in these Terms and the Bidder's Information Sheet:
A legal person enterprise (a valid business license) that is legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has the capacity to independently assume civil liability. In the past three years, there have been operating results of related projects within the territory of the People's Republic of China (providing performance certificates).
Bidders should have good financial status and business reputation.
In the past three years, in the process of domestic equipment bidding activities, supply contract fulfillment, after-sales service and product operation, the company was publicly criticized.
