1. The user requirements book of the bidding documents is supplemented with the following contents:
Technical requirements for motor vehicle signal lights and dynamic crosswalk lights
1. It complies with GB14887-2003 "Road Traffic Signal Lamp" and the first modification sheet 1 Class 1 (W type). It has the test report of the Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security. The test report must be sent within the next 2 years. During the validity period, no valid period or exceeding the recommended test period is considered as invalid test report.
2. It has an ISO quality assurance system or an equivalent quality assurance system.

The metal
core of the thermal PCB can be aluminum (aluminum core PCB),
copper (copper core PCB or Heavy Copper Pcb) or a mixture of special alloys. The most
common is an aluminum core PCB.
The thickness of metal cores in PCB base plates is typically 30 mil - 125 mil,
but thicker and thinner plates are possible.
