According to the statistics of the High-tech LED Industry Research Institute (GLII), the total output value of China's LED industry in the first quarter of 2013 was 59.33 billion yuan, up 6.5% from the previous month and up 25.2% year-on-year. Among them, the mid-stream LED package output value was 11.14 billion, an increase of 5.2% from the previous month; the downstream application output value was 46.22 billion, an increase of 7.0% from the previous month.
