It is reported that Guangdong LED lighting project in Gansu has a total investment of 840 million yuan. It will build 20 sets of MOCVD equipment LED epitaxial wafer production lines and supporting chip production lines. After reaching production, it will form an annual production capacity of 960,000 high-brightness blue-green LED epitaxial wafers and chips. "In recent years, the cost of LED lighting has rapidly declined, and product demonstration applications have been gradually promoted. The effect of energy-saving emissions has become increasingly apparent. LED lighting products are the development direction of new light sources. The market prospects for epitaxial wafers and chips in the upstream of the industry chain are promising." Plans to subsidize new or expanded investment projects and equipment investment in key sectors such as LED industry chain extensions, chips, packaging, and applications.
