Bidder qualification requirements:
(1) Must comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;
(2) The bidder must be an independent legal person with a registered capital of not less than RMB 500,000 (including RMB 500,000);
(3) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, and the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;
(4) There is a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law. In the three years prior to the bidding for this project, there is no major illegal record in the business activities;
(5) The bidder must be a domestic corporate legal person with independent legal personality and corresponding qualifications and performance capability. The legally and financially independent, legally operated and independent domestic suppliers of the tendering agency and the purchaser can participate in the bidding. ;
(6) The manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorizer is eligible to participate in the bidding;

The price of each set of this bidding document is RMB 300, and it will not be refunded after the sale (additional price of 50 yuan for mail order);
