3. Bidder qualification requirements and review methods
3.1. The bidding project requires bidders to be registered in the province and have independent legal personality, and have the qualifications of the municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 and above and the "construction enterprise safety production license";
3.2. 4. Acquisition of bidding documents
