(1) LED display manufacturers registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent legal personality and registered capital of 10 million yuan (or equivalent foreign currency) and above;
(2) The bidder must have a full membership of the China Optical Association LED Display Association.
(3) It has ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification.
(4) The bidder must have an after-sales service organization in Qingdao.
6. To purchase the bidding documents, you must bring:
(1) The original or photocopy of the business license is stamped with the official seal.
(2) The domestic equipment manufacturing enterprise shall provide the original or photocopy of the National Industrial Product Production License with the official seal.
(3) The original or photocopy of the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification certificate is stamped with the official seal.
(4) The original or photocopy of the official membership certificate of China Optical Association LED Display Association is stamped with official seal.
(5) The original contract for the completion of similar projects since 2006 (the definition of similar contracts: 5 supply and installation projects with a single project contract value of 1.5 million yuan (RMB) and above);
