Tongzhou Tianyuan Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by the tenderee to be responsible for the specific matters of this bidding. The relevant matters of project bidding are hereby announced as follows:
First, the project overview:

2. The main qualifications that the bid applicant should have:
1. Qualification categories and grades of bid applicants: Professional qualifications for urban and road lighting projects are above grade (including å grade);
2. The category and level of qualifications of the project manager to be selected: å above (including å level);
3. Applicant's performance and reputation: In the past two years, the project performance of similar scale building landscape lighting (single contract amount of more than 1.5 million yuan) has a good reputation;
4. Project manager's performance and reputation: In the past two years, the project performance of similar scale building landscape lighting (single contract amount of more than 1.5 million yuan) has a good reputation;
3. The following conditions are the necessary qualifications for prequalification: br>2, not being ordered to suspend business, the bidding qualification is cancelled, or the property is taken over, frozen and bankrupt;
3. The company did not have the problems of fraudulently winning the bid or serious breach of contract and major engineering quality, safety production liability accidents, etc., and was not suspended by the relevant departments and was within the suspension period;
4. The qualification category, grade and project manager qualification level of the enterprise meet the requirements of the tender announcement;

Fourth, registration:
1. The applicant's manager and project manager should register at the 9:00-11:00 am on February 24, 2009 to the lobby of the Tendering and Bidding Management Center of Tongzhou City (the 4th floor of the Conference Service Center of the Municipal Administration Center).
2. The person in charge of the registration must carry his ID card and his endowment insurance certificate, authorization letter (original), business license, enterprise qualification certificate, safety production license, proposed project manager certificate, and safety. A copy of the certificate of assessment and the certificate of endowment insurance, the certificate of the project performance (the notice of winning the bid and the contract, the certificate of completion acceptance, etc.), the above information must be checked with the original information office of the Jiaozhou City bidding center.
V. Methods for identifying potential bidders
1.
