Project principle:
The company's main production facilities have realized DCS automatic control, and the DCS control system connected to the real-time database system has multiple sets of systems from multiple manufacturers, as an important part of the real-time database system: the automatic collection and uploading of plant process data, ie, With the DCS system, Advantech IPC played an outstanding role.
Take the use of the Chemical Industry Plant as an example. This is a device for producing PTA, and the control system uses the CENTUM-V distribution system. This system has a special communication path unit CGWU-2, which can connect the control station and operation station on the HF bus of the CENTUM system with the host computer through the RS232C interface.

Collect data through the data acquisition card, and then send the data through the network card to the real-time server in the real-time database system, and then display in real time through the local area network on computers of the leadership offices, dispatching rooms, and various departments. 2. Advantech IPC-610 reads the real-time database to provide end users with fast and efficient plant information. Advantech IPC adopts a backplane and plug-in board (BP) architecture, which reduces maintenance time, has excellent scalability, excellent heat dissipation characteristics, and dust and anti-static performance. Through the careful design of Advantech IPC, the IPC has a good anti-electromagnetic interference performance, and has a good anti-vibration performance, and system maintenance is also very convenient.
