OSRAM launches LED engineering kit

The new LED Engineering suite from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is a tool for anyone who wants to test LED lights with a wide range of accessories and applications, and you can learn practical LED lighting knowledge. The new kit includes an OSRAM OSTAR high-power LED light and various components, including several lenses and mirrors, a power supply, a thermal interface material, and an optional heat sink from LED Light for You (LLFY ) various partners. A booklet providing technical assistance is also included.

The LED Engineering Suite is sold to lighting designers, luminaire manufacturers, and architects who are directly involved in the creation of lighting systems, and can use the LED engineering suite as an insight into new LED technologies and tools for testing different LED lighting devices. The main unit's reflectors, lens and heat sink can be combined to create a number of configurations that provide insight into the new light source for more uses.

The LED Engineering Kit contains LED OSTAR cars, two reflective Fraen angles with medium and narrow beams, and three lenses by Ledil - a wide-angle lens, an on-site lens, and a side of the cat's eye. Also included is the package that is a Laird thermal interface material that provides the best heat transfer, two heat sinks (one from Cool Cool Extreme and aluminum panels), and the OSRAM Optotronic Powered Europe/Asia or North American Free Trade Zone city. Demonstrates the need for these tiny light sources and display accessories provided by numerous options.

The LED engineering kit includes OSTAR LEDs, two medium-sized narrow beam angle mirrors from Farean, and three Ledil lenses—a wide-angle lens, a focus mirror, and a cat's eye for side-turning. Also included in the kit is the Laird thermal interface material for optimum heat transfer, two heat sinks (one is cool and supreme, and one is aluminum), and one is OSRAM Opto's power supply for the Eurasian and NAFIA markets. This kit demonstrates the diversity of choices with these tiny light sources, specifying the accessories you need.

“A single LED can't be said to be a luminaire,” says Sebastian Lyschick, LLFY Network Management at OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. “Our LED engineering suite provides a simple and fast way to learn about new LED technologies and new features. The basis of projects and products"

LED Light For You (LLFY) and its network platform were founded in 2006 by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. Combining the comprehensive capabilities and innovation capabilities of optoelectronics experts, thermal management and electronics, the LLFY network provides one-stop design assistance, planning services, and assistance with installation for advanced LEDs to outstanding manufacturers, lighting planners and other LED users.
