The HT7937 provides high output voltage and drives up to 5 series LEDs. The tandem design allows the current flowing through each LED to be the same, achieving the same brightness for each LED. The feedback voltage is 95mV. By connecting the resistance of 4.7 ohm to ground, the current flowing through the LED can be set to 20mA, and the feedback voltage as low as 95mV can make the feedback power consumption very small, boost conversion. The efficiency is as high as 84%.
Built-in over-voltage protection function, when the LED damage causes the feedback path to open, the output voltage is limited to the protection voltage, further protecting the IC from burning. Operating at 1.2MHz, the HT7937 allows designers to use external components with small inductor values ​​to reduce the area of ​​the external components. With the compact package SOT26, it is suitable for all kinds of portable products, such as mobile phones, digital cameras, music / multimedia players and other applications.
