Toshiba Electronics Europe has announced that it has signed an agreement with SemitronWRoeckGmbH, which will serve as a distribution partner for Toshiba in Germany and Switzerland. The move aims to expand Toshiba's distribution network to achieve the company's strategic goals.
TEE plans to sell its full line of semiconductor products through Semitron, including discrete devices, optoelectronic devices, power devices, microcontrollers, LED drivers and system LSI chips. Toshiba said that the deciding factor in choosing Semitron is the company's design-in experience, as well as improving sales and application expertise in Germany and Switzerland.
The focus of cooperation between Toshiba and its distributors has shifted from the beginning to the direction of obtaining professional support.
