In Shanghai, according to China Mobile ’s plan, as one of the national pilot cities in the first quarter, Shanghai established 700 4G base stations in the city, and 4G trial commercial terminals will be launched in April. The goal is to cover major urban areas within the inner ring . In the second quarter, it began to develop users and conduct online testing. Since last year, Shanghai Mobile has focused on the outer ring and inner areas, and has begun to provide 4G coverage for the central urban areas and data hotspot areas. This year, the mobile 4G network will cover the area within the outer ring. It is expected that the network speed will reach 50 megabits per second in the uplink and 100 megabits per second in the downlink.
