Fujitsu Microelectronics launched six MB95330H series products, adding DC brushless motor control function
Fujitsu Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced the launch of six MB95330H series products, further expanding its F2MC-8FX family product lineup. The new product adds a DC brushless motor control function. The MB95330H series is one of the general products of the F2MC-8FX family. It is a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller with built-in flash memory (hereinafter referred to as "microcontroller"). The new product will be sampled in late March 2010, and mass production will begin in June.

In recent years, the Japanese market and the Asian market have been equipped with DC brushless motor control functions on white goods (such as air conditioners and dishwashers), office automation equipment (such as faxes and PCs) and industrial equipment (such as power tools and automatic transmission machines) The demand for small systems to control 8-bit microcontrollers has skyrocketed.
In response to this demand, Fujitsu Microelectronics expanded the product lineup of the F2MC-8FX family of 8-bit microcontrollers and launched the MB95330H series. The MB95330H series is a 32-pin low-pin chip with built-in flash memory and a high degree of information security.
In addition to supporting DC brushless motor control functions, this series also supports various multi-function timer communication functions, so it can be used not only as a main microcontroller, but also as an auxiliary microcontroller when the existing system configuration function is insufficient.
In addition, the product's built-in single-wire on-chip debugging module occupies only one pin of the microcontroller when debugging programs, which can facilitate the smooth development of its products. And because the product adds a high-precision CR oscillation circuit, it can be used as the clock source of the microcontroller system, thereby reducing the external components required for customer development.

Fujitsu Microelectronics expects to provide samples of the MB95330H series in late March 2010 at a price of $ 1. It is expected that this product will reach the sales target of 3 million in 2010.

2. Equipped with high-performance flash memory
The data will be rewritten many times during the execution of the program. This product adds a high-performance flash memory that can perform 100,000 erase / write operations. In addition, the data retention time is 20 years. This product also adds a flash memory encryption function, which can prevent external programs from accidentally reading data and prevent customers' software assets from leaking.
3. Reduce the number of external components and reduce costs
Since the CR oscillator circuit, voltage detection circuit and watchdog circuit are installed, there is no need to add an external oscillator and reset IC, which helps reduce system cost.
