The power amplifier IC uses TDA1521. Production notes: 1. The heat sink of TDA1521 must not be grounded, otherwise the IC will be damaged after starting! Mica sheet insulation should be added between the IC and the radiator, and an appropriate amount of thermal grease should be added, and then the radiator should be grounded. 2. Potentiometer W resistance value is 100kΩ, and its shell needs to be grounded. 3. The power connection between the ⑤ and ⑦ pins from the filter capacitor to the IC should be as short and thick as possible, and a layer of tin can be stacked on the copper foil of the printed board.
After the production is completed, test the sound, turn the volume potentiometer to the maximum, and close to the speaker can hardly hear noise. Using a CD player to test, when connected to a floor speaker, compared with the pioneer M-850 power amplifier, the sound quality is satisfactory except for the slightly lower power.
